Get pre-approved: If you are not a cash buyer, getting pre-approved helps in the home-buying process for many reasons. A pre-approval tells you how much you can afford while allowing for a stronger offer with fewer mortgage contingencies. Here are my tips and tricks regarding pre-approval.
