Location. Do you know where you want to purchase your home? Some things to consider are the commute to work and schools in the area.
Priorities. Determine wants and needs. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? Private pool? Renovated or turnkey? HOA community?
Pre-approval. Are you pre-approved? Speak with lenders to determine your maximum budget to target homes at your price level.
Time Frame. Do you know when you want to purchase? Will you have to sell a home before you purchase another?
Realtor. Will you be working with a Realtor to assist with your search? Realtors provide assistance in the home search process and present stronger offers to potential sellers.
